Polyframe is celebrating a fantastic double win at the National Fenestration Awards 2026, taking home awards for Best Use of Video and Customer Service / Operations Person of the Year.
It was a proud night for Team Polyframe, with two prestigious awards recognising both the company's creative approach to marketing and its commitment to outstanding customer service. The double success highlights the talent, dedication and teamwork that continue to drive the business forward.
'Norfolk to the Nation' Scoops Best Use of Video
Polyframe was delighted to win the Best Use of Video award for its Norfolk to the Nation film, which was created to tell the Polyframe story in a fresh, engaging and memorable way.
The film was born from a desire to do something a little different, moving away from traditional corporate video formats to create something that would capture attention and showcase the business in a new light.
From the initial concept through to the finished production, the project was a true team effort, bringing together creativity, collaboration and a shared ambition to produce something special.
With an exceptionally strong shortlist and some impressive entries from across the industry, the win came as a wonderful surprise and was a proud moment for everyone involved.
Commenting on the award, Elaine Baird, Group Head of Marketing at Polyframe, who led the project, said:
"We wanted to do something a little different with Norfolk to the Nation and create a film that would really stand out. From the initial idea through to the finished production, it was a fantastic team effort, and we're incredibly proud of the result.
To win Best Use of Video against such strong competition was a wonderful surprise and a real honour. It's especially rewarding to see the creativity and hard work behind the project recognised by the industry.
