Manufactured by Polyframe, REHAU ARTEVO is an advanced 80mm PVCu composite window and door system designed for demanding commercial, residential and high-performance projects. Using RAU-FIPRO X technology, it combines exceptional structural strength, slim sightlines, large-span capability and outstanding thermal performance.

Capable of floor-to-ceiling heights up to 2.6m* (with a slim sash), or 2.8m* (with a flush sash).

The slimmest version (frame + sash) measures 118mm, while standard profiles are 156mm.

Narrower profiles and a slender central T-mullion create larger glass area.

Lower Embodied Carbon
Replaces steel reinforcement with a glass-fibre composite. Its core uses up to 75% recycled PVC.

U-values as low as 0.8 W/(m²K), accommodating up to 72mm glazing in the flush sash.

Passivhaus Insulation: Features a specialised RAU-FLECT Low-E insert and a dense 7-chamber frame design to maximise thermal efficiency and easily satisfy strict Passive House benchmarks.
Thick Triple Glazing: Accommodates glass units up to 56mm thick to drive down energy loss and provide exceptional acoustic insulation.
Weatherproofing, Security & Sustainability
Certified Protection: High levels of weather resistance, airtight compression seals, and PAS24 security-tested locking systems provide extra safety and long-term durability.
Advanced Co-Extrusion: Co-extruded glazing, compression, convection, and centre seals create a unified barrier against heat loss, drafts, and water penetration.
Future-Ready Sustainability: Supports full-circle recycling principles and lowers project carbon emissions by utilising up to 75% recycled material in the profile core.
