Do you supply to the public?
No, Polyframe does not supply directly to homeowners. However, we’ve built a nationwide network of trusted trade installers who use our products. If you're a homeowner looking for an installer, we’ll be happy to connect you with someone in your area.
Where are Polyframe products manufactured?
We manufacture from manufacturing facility in Lenwade, Norwich, Norfolk, UK. As a super fabricator we have the capacity to deliver consistently fast lead times and excellent product availability.
Products
What systems do you supply?
We manufacture and supply PVCu window and door systems from leading brands including REHAU and Eurocell. This includes casement windows, flush sash, tilt & turn, bay & bow, French doors, patio doors and residential entrance doors.
Can I customise product specifications?
Yes. Our windows and doors are available in a wide variety of sizes, colours, hardware options and security upgrades. You can choose profiles, outer frame sizes, glazing options and accessories to suit your project.
Are your products Secured by Design accredited?
Yes. Many of our window and door systems can be manufactured to meet Secured by Design standards and PAS24 accreditation, giving your customers peace of mind and helping you meet building regulation requirements.

What are your lead times?
We offer some of the fastest lead times in the industry — as little as 5 working days for select products. Our team will always confirm your delivery schedule at the time of order.
Do you offer marketing support?
