Inside Polyframe: Showcasing Our Investment in UK Manufacturing
We’re proud to announce the premiere of our brand-new Polyframe factory video, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the people, technology and processes that power one of the UK’s most productive window and door manufacturing operations.
Filmed at our facility in Norwich, the video provides a snapshot of what it takes to manufacture around 800 frames every day. From precision cutting and automated welding to final quality checks and dispatch, the film highlights the scale, expertise and attention to detail that goes into every frame that leaves our factory.
As a leading uPVC trade supplier, and trusted REHAU and Eurocell manufacturer, we created this film not just to showcase the factory itself, but to demonstrate the continued investment we’ve made across the business to support our customers.
Over the past year we’ve taken significant steps to strengthen our manufacturing capabilities. This includes consolidating operations into a more efficient site and introducing a state-of-the-art automated welding and cleaning line, alongside wider factory upgrades designed to improve output, consistency and product quality. These improvements form part of a broader investment programme focused on building stronger foundations for the future.
But the technology is only part of the story.
Behind every frame is a skilled team across manufacturing, technical, logistics, commercial and support functions. Their experience and commitment are what allow us to deliver the volumes our customers rely on, while maintaining the high standards expected from a trusted fenestration manufacturing partner.
Alongside our factory investment, we are continuing to improve the wider systems that support our customers. This includes ongoing development in IT and infrastructure, enhancements to our ordering and communication systems, improvements in product handling and storage, and upgrades to our delivery fleet and logistics processes. All of this is designed to ensure frames are manufactured, protected, transported and delivered with maximum reliability.
